At age 25 I was diagnosed with a disc injury in my lumbar spine. Over the years the injured disc got progressively worse.
By age 32 I would be unable to move for a day or two at least once per month. This is when I was lucky enough to discover yoga.
Through faithful, meticulous practice I was able to heal my spine, getting to know my body in a whole new way.
The learning never stopped. Each day I am gaining new insight into the body through the study of the profound, ancient science of yoga.
Now I am in the wonderful position to share my knowledge with students of all ages and physical abilities.
Even a small amount of practice, if done correctly, can have a profound effect.
With my background in physical education and dance I am able to formulate unique workout regiments for a variety of clients.
My youngest students are 10 year old baseball players and my oldest student is 92
